- Condition: Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Some exceptions may be made for slightly used product.
- Packaging: Should be in the original packaging with all can clips attached to paint cans. If original package is unavailable, please contact us before packing your return for specific instructions.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order original order number or packing slip in the return package.

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Call our office at 508-997-9008 or use the chat feature on our website to request a return authorization.
- Pack Your Item: Securely repackage your items following the return conditions above.
- Ship It: Send your return package to Kirby Paint Co. 163 Mount Vernon Street, New Bedford, MA 02740. (You will be given instructions regarding a return label once you speak with a representative).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
