INSL-CAP Lead Encapsulant Coating INSL-X Thin Film Lead Block is a water-based elastomeric acrylic coating that provides excellent adhesion, elongation, and tensile strength characteristics. When applied to a surface bearing lead containing paint, this product will seal in the lead paint with a non-toxic thick, elastic membrane sheeting. Also, Lead Block contains Bitex, a bitter tasting, anti-ingestant, which deters children from oral contact.
